How much does a building manager in Budva cost?

Yes. Regular cleaning of entrances, stairwells and other shared spaces is part of maintenance, at a frequency agreed with the building.
Can I hire you if I don't live in Budva?
Yes. We work with owners who live elsewhere in Montenegro or abroad by phone and email, and look after the building on site.
